When can I return a product?

Change your mind
In case you change your mind, you have the option to choose another product or request a refund (right of withdrawal). The applicable law stipulates a right of return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In the online store www.evaptisi.com we give our customers the opportunity to return a product within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.


The product is defective.
If the product is defective or has become defective by the time it is delivered to you, you will need to inform us of the details of the damage and we will arrange for the return of the product.


You have received the wrong product from the one you ordered.
If the product you received is different from what you ordered or from what is listed on your receipt or invoice, you will need to contact us to provide us with the product you should have received and the details of the product you actually received.

How long can I return a product?

Applicable law establishes a right of return within 14 days from the date of receipt.

What conditions need to be met to be eligible for a refund?
  1. The product must be intact, that is, it must not have been worn/used beyond testing and must not have been soiled/damaged.
  2. The product must not have any special markings removed, e.g. protectors, tags, labels, etc.
  3. The product must not have been modified, e.g. removing part of the bracelet from the watch or any other type of modification to the jewelry.
  4. Its packaging must not be damaged.
  5. Be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.
  6. Be accompanied by all original documents with which it was sent (warranty, instructions for use).
  7. Complete and submit the return declaration form.

In the event that the above conditions are not met or we receive returns outside of our policy terms, returns will not be accepted.

What about defective products?

In this case you are entitled to:

  • The repair of the product by us at no additional cost to you
  • Replacement unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs. Replacement is carried out after inspection and confirmation of the defect either by us, or by the respective official representative or the manufacturer
  • The reduction of the selling price in relation to the defect
  • Withdrawal from the purchase unless it is an insignificant real defect
In the case of defective jewelry:

We undertake the complete and free repair or replacement of your jewelry in the rare event that a manufacturing defect is identified.

In the event of a defective watch:

The sole responsibility for these lies with the suppliers, official representatives and manufacturers who deliver the products to the company packaged. The company undertakes to manage the entire process of repairing the products, receiving and transporting them to and from the respective agency / manufacturer / supplier in accordance with the warranty terms of each company. In this case and as long as the products are within the time period specified by applicable legislation or the respective company as the warranty period, the shipping costs are borne by our company, otherwise the customer bears them.

In the event of a defective accessory:

We undertake the full and free repair or replacement of your accessory within a period of 6 months from its delivery. The repair or replacement is carried out after the defect has been checked and confirmed either by us, by the respective official representative or by the manufacturer.

If the product is no longer available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product upon agreement or by credit or withdrawal from the purchase.

Note: evaptisi.com is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use or due to incorrect use and is under no circumstances obliged to replace them. In this case, the cost of repair and any shipping costs are borne by the customer.

What else do I need to know about returns?

You are responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Please ensure that they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during transport. evaptisi.com is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return transport.

In the event that the product is returned by the customer damaged or incomplete, evaptisi.com has the right to:

  • Request compensation from the customer. The amount of compensation is determined based on the condition of the products
  • To unilaterally partially offset the customer's claim against his own
How can I return a product?

The right of return applies to all products except:
  • Products that are “Available upon order”
  • Products belonging to the categories "Baptismal"
  • Products belonging to the categories "Wedding Rings"
  • Products that have been modified (e.g. resized)
  • Products not in our catalog
  • Seasonal items (charms).
  • Products that are on sale throughout the year are only exchanged for products of the same category.
  • Watch straps which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The only case in which a watch strap can be returned to our store is if the product you received is defective. See above what applies to defective products
  • During a sale period, sale items are only exchanged for other sale items and within the offer period.
  • In the event of a product change during the discounts and provided it is not defective, its valuation is at the current, i.e., discounted price.

When and who is charged the cost of re-shipping (shipping after return)?

The cost of re-shipping is borne by:

  2. The product is out of warranty.

The re-shipment cost is charged according to the courier company's current price lists.

When and How is the refund made?
